Step 2: Go to the layers palette and double click on the "T" thumbnail to highlight your type.
Step 3: In the options bar, click the Character palette button. When it appears, lower the horizontal Scale to 70%.
Step 4: While your type is still highlighted, click the second to last icon in the option bar (a button with a "T" on it with a bent line beneath it.) This brings up the warp Text Dialogue Box. For style , choose Arc. Adjust the bend option by dragging it to the right. Click OK
Step 5: Duplicate your text layer. Double click on the "T" in your new layer. Once highlighted type in the word you would for the bottom of the circle.
Step 6: CLick on the Warp Text icon in the option Bar. Move the mouse outside the box and position your text where you would like it to go. Move the bend Slider to the left.
Tips for using Warp Text:
- Larger words require more Bend amount than shorter words.
- Make sure your type doesn't seem too stretched after using Warp Text. If it does, try the technique again but before you do , condense the type even further than the 70%.
